A Well Balanced Dinner



Healthy dinner on the cheap - split green pea and potato curry on coconut rice.

Seriously, it is tastier than it looks.
Proof: The boys ate all the portion served. 




Or maybe it was the temptation of the leftover chocolate sauce they know they can have with strawberries and grapes IF they finished their dinner.

ha! i make this kind of thing heaps - usually use chick peas and poh-tay-tohs and coconut milk/cream to cook it in.
i would definitely eat my dinner if that dessert was in the offering lol!

ah Kate, see Dh is quite big on meat, so I was actually quite surprised he thoroughly enjoyed this meal and even said yes to one such meal a week - yay!
