Another Dinner Post

I have been slack lately with dinners, resorting to instant noodles in the weekend, and sometimes it's just sandwiches/toast, or those crumbed lasagne toppers. In the past, the early first trimester meant I was hungry and craving for cold ham; now I think I'd like to eat something, but then just the thought of it becomes unappealing, so I moved on to thinking about some other food, but again, the thought of it does not make me salivate, and on it goes, so that I ended up not feeling like eating at all.

Hence, while I make the effort, I thought it should make into the blog :)
Tonight's version of Malaysian Wonton Noodles - instead of wontons, and/or char siew (chinese bbq pork), we had oven baked chicken marinated in hoisin sauce. And the accompanying soup is not the typical one either, simply because I had already made a clear broth of potatoes, carrots and pork spare ribs for lunch earlier.

Chef N3 mixing the noodles in the special sauce mixture.

The boys love noodles, so this meal went down like a treat. All of it.
(Except the potatoes and carrots.)
