Just trying another thing to support and help S4 to stay in his room at bedtime instead of constantly coming out. In addition to books for "reading", last night he also got a sketchpad and a pencil. "Stay in your bedroom. If you can't sleep, read or draw or write."
He was asleep when I went to check on him at 7.15pm - that's within the hour of being put to bed. Woohoo!
