All the people in this one has brown skin, I was informed.
Little did he know how Biblically correct that is!
And this one, of course the sky had to be black - it must be night time, why else would the men be carrying torches?
You can see how much thought he puts into the colouring - even the painting/picture on the wall in the background are detailed with different colours.
So my friend M told me today that is actually quite skillful for a 5 year old. She had been on parent help lots at school and her school kids are aged 7 and 10 so I'll take her word for it.
And here are a couple of samples of N3's work too - not bad even if I say so myself :-)

he's obviously very observant, cos he's using the 'right' colours for everything :) and it's great how he is colouring different pieces of clothing different colours, rather that the whole body being monotone too..
