Anything else is apparently anything goes. So here is my concoction for this refreshing dessert on a hot summer's day, and taking advantage of the abundance of fresh berries at this time of the year:
1kg homemade Easiyo Raspberry flavoured yoghurt
300ml cream, whipped with 1-2 tsp of caster sugar
1 pkt of marshmallows
a mixture of raspberries, blueberries and cherries.
Mix all the above together. Pour into serving dish.
Topped with more cherry halves.
Sprinkle with additional blueberries.
And chocolate chips but of course.
Ta da!
I recently discovered a simple rule in making bread in the breadmaker. And that is, for every cup of flour, you need 1 teaspoon of breadmaker yeast.

As you can see, the bread recipe I have is clearly not to be used in the breadmaker I own because it makes a bigger loaf than that fits in the machine. So I just use the dough function. The other advantage of baking the bread in the loaf tin in the oven is that you don't get the hole in the bread syndrome from the breadmaker blade.
Lastly, a token picture of a face full of baby rusk.

All that food looks sooooo good. My bread maker broke a while ago and I am starting to get he craving for homemade bread again. Might just have to roll up my sleeves and do some the old fashioned way.
